Golf should be enjoyable.
Back in around 2004, a small group of golfers wanted somewhere to enjoy the game without unnecessary complication.
Friendly competition. Good company. Fair play. No pages of rules. More than two decades later, that philosophy still defines Loft Golf.
Several members have been with the society since its earliest days. Some now live in the UK and still return to Spain regularly to play, meet old friends and be part of the community.

Our non-playing social members often join us afterwards and regularly attend meals, celebrations and other gatherings. Nobody has to swing a club to feel part of Loft Golf.

The Loft Golf way
Very few rules.
Two simple principles.
Common sense and respect have always mattered more than a long rulebook.
Everyone plays everyone
Every competition includes a random draw. Members do not choose their playing partners, helping everyone mix and keeping the society welcoming.
Respect everyone's time
When plans change, we ask members to give as much notice as possible so tee bookings, draws and replacement places can be managed fairly.
Run by members, for members
No membership fee.
Everything comes back.
Competition funds and subscriptions are channelled back through prizes, subsidised social occasions and society activities. Loft Golf exists for the people who take part in it.
